A Little About Don Johnson
Don Johnson is the Creator, Author, Instructor and Coach for LearnTaxDeeds.com. Don has been in the real estate industry since November 1985 and has accomplished many milestones that most of the self-proclaimed gurus have not.
Don started in 1985 to learn about real estate investing by mentor Robert G. Allen and his famous “Nothing Down” course. The course was very good, and for that time very expensive, and Don began to grasp the concepts fairly easily, but also quickly grew to know that real estate was going to be a life-long endeavor and not just a passing fancy. He knew that in order to become an expert in real estate that continuing studies would be required. He wanted to know how the industry functioned, not just from the eyes of a Nothing Down investor.
So in late 1988 Don set on a journey to obtain an Associates Degree IN Real Estate. While working simultaneously while attending classes, in order to avoid student loan debt, he finally graduated in 1991 with the A.A.S. Degree IN Real Estate from Northern Virginia Community College with a 3.14 gpa. The degree program opened his eyes to the many opportunities real estate had to offer an individual.
Eventually he decided to get his real estate license in Florida in July 2000, and just about 50 days later he also sat for and gained a License to be a Florida Real Estate School Instructor, each license to which he still holds today, except that the Salesperson License became a Brokers License just 1 year after being granted licensee status in Florida.
Don Johnson is the Principle Broker for MORE Realty Services LLC. It is a one man show so to say, simply because the investing world is so much more satisfying than waiting hand and foot on consumers. We do offer some services to you as a member of our group for Florida based real estate, but those are limited in scope and will be covered in detail much later.
Now nearly 35 years later Don is introducing this program to help up and coming investors better understand the world of Tax Liens, Tax Deeds and the other aspects of these fields wherein profits remain hidden from the normal person.
